Gary Shiffman

Gary Shiffman moved to Brookline with his wife, Marian Yee, and two children, Olivia and Stella, in 2002. Marian, Olivia, and Stella all attended Brookline public schools. Gary, so as not to feel left out, worked at Brookline High School as the social studies curriculum coordinator from 2006-2023. A political theorist in a former life, Gary is now a curriculum writer and educational consultant. He represents Precinct 9 at Town Meeting and serves on the Center Street Lots Committee.
